VATA PRAKRUTI

The characteristic features of people having Vata prakruthi are based on the qualities of Vata dosha:

  • Variable appetite, prone to bloating & constipation
  • Creative, fast learner, active & energetic mind
  • Light or interrupted sleep patterns

PITTA PRAKRUTI

The characteristic features of people having Pitta prakruthi are based on the qualities of Pitta dosha:

  • Medium physique, sharp intellect and strong willpower
  • Warm body temperature, tendency to sweat easily
  • Strong digestive fire (Agni), intense hunger & thirst
  • Fair skin with moles, freckles or early graying hair
  • Focused, goal-oriented, competitive leadership skills
  • Prone to acidity, inflammation, and irritability when hungry
  • Moderate, sound sleep quality

KAPHA PRAKRUTI

The characteristic features of people having Kapha prakruthi are based on the qualities of Kapha dosha:

WHAT IS VIKRUTHI

"According to Ayurveda health is defined as a state of balance of the three doshas and any imbalance results in disease."
